Yukonstruct understands that schedules can change and despite a registrant’s best intentions they may not be able to attend a training or a workshop. Yukonstruct will accept cancellations and issue refunds under the following conditions:
Orientation training sessions
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start of class for a full refund (minus Eventbrite fees) of your 101 training fees. There is no refund available if you do not email prior to 24 hours before the start of the class.
Workshops and other programming.
- Cancel at least 4 days in advance of the start of a workshop or other programming for a full refund (minus Eventbrite fees) of your workshop fees.
- Cancel at least 2 days in advance of the start of workshop or other programming for a 50% refund of your fees (minus Eventbrite fees). There is no refund available if you do not email prior to 48 hours before the start of the class.
If Yukonstruct cancels an orientation or a workshop for any reason, all registration fees will be fully refunded.
