Taking Your Pitch to the Next Level

Every startup and business idea needs dollars behind it to take it from idea to a success. Do you know where your funding is coming from?

In this evening workshop, Clearbanc’s Michele Romanow (4th time founder and a dragon on Dragon’s Den) and Andrew D’Souza (raised tens of millions for startups and is an investor/advisor in some of Canada’s fast-growing tech startups) will talk money – who has it and how to get it.

They will cover the more advanced areas of pitching and funding your business. Some of the topics covered may include:

  • How to identify potential investors to pitch to
  • What investors are looking for
  • Angels and angel lists
  • Setting up your pitching trips down south to be effective
  • Practicing your pitch
  • Delivering remote pitches
  • Alternatives to investors – bootstrapping with the best of them

If you are interested in delivering a pitch and receiving feedback, contact us at cospace@yukonstruct.com.

This a free event and does not require registration. Join us Sept. 13th from 6-8pm at (co)space!
