Our Yukon Built classroom and Newmont classroom are available for events rentals depending on their availability. Please note that room capacity as stated below is subject to change due to social distancing. Renters are required to agree to our COVID-19 guidelines.

When booking the rental, users agree to remit to Yukonstruct Society a deposit equivalent to 20% of all bookings over $1000.00.
Basic meetings and events with no special arrangements may be canceled 48 hrs in advance of the booked event with no cancellation fees. A partial refund may be applied for events, meetings, conferences, etc. that require special arrangements. Otherwise, a 10 business days notice is required for full deposit refund.
All catering and food service for venue rental must be provided by the customer.
Sustainability is important to us - we compost and recycle all waste produced during events.
