The VBY Golf Tournament is a new way for Yukon non-profits to build relationships with the people they need – potential funders, sponsors, staff, and volunteers. Tee boxes are sponsored by local non-profits who decorate them and offer little activities like games and snacks. The idea is that players will pause for a few minutes to hear the NGO’s message, interact with them, and perhaps come away from it with a little new knowledge, or a new friend.
