Understanding Complex and Complicated Problems/Systems

Finding yourself at the lead of or in the middle of a complex system? Or is it complicated?
Join us at (co)space this Thursday Nov 3rd from 5-6pm to learn how to recognizing the difference between Complex and Complicated (problems, systems etc.), why this distinction matters and how you can use this understanding to be more effective at problem solving and decision making.
Michael Cheveldave is a master trainer and facilitator with Cognitive Edge and is responsible for the company’s business partnership and training activities globally. With over 8 years of experience in applying the Cynefin framework and SenseMaker®, Michael has developed an ability to communicate the practice of complexity theory in a way that audiences can quickly relate to and apply.
This event is free for members.
$5 for non-members (pay when you arrive)
In partnership with the Executive Leadership Centre at Yukon College.
