Make A Maple Cutting Board – Woodworking

Monday February 28 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This workshop takes place on February 28, 2022 from 6-7pm

In this one hour experience based workshop you will learn the basics of how to choose and seal your wood and how to safely  use YuKonstruct’s miter saw and various power sanders. Then you will cut, sand and oil your own cutting board.

Each participant will make one 8”x11” cutting board.

Closed-toe shoes are needed for this workshop.

This workshop is part of our MAKER EXPERIENCES series where we offer participants a “bite size” experience based version of our regular workshops. These 1 hour workshops give participants the opportunity to learn about a certain area of Yukonstructs Makespace (Forging, woodworking, laser cutting, sewing) and get hands on experience making a simple project. These experiences are meant to give a taste of each area of the makespace and are not a comprehensive workshop.

This workshop takes place on February 28, 2022 from 6-7pm

Minimum 5 participants | Maximum 8 participants | Cancellation & Refund Policy
