According to the 2019 CMHA study on Entrepreneurial Mental Health and Well-being, entrepreneurs rely on diverse strategies to maintain their mental health. Some of the most frequently accessed strategies are practicing self-care and taking a break.
Mindfulness is a practice that encourages us to befriend ourselves and to create space in our daily lives to tune into what is happening in the moment; so we can envision our choices and make wise decisions.
You are invited to experience moments of mindfulness and to discuss how this might be brought into your workplace to support your well-being, creativity and innovation as an entrepreneur in our community.
About Bonnie: Bonnie is a certified Yoga/Mindfulness Facilitator and is presently collaborating with the Canadian Mental Health Association to grow the capacities necessary for each of us to navigate change and find meaning in our lives. Mindfulness brings us into present moment awareness and gives us access to choice, wise decision-making and brings us back into the flow of aliveness.
