Yukonstruct is home to a vibrant community of makers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, professionals, nonprofits, startups, public servants, artists, designers, developers and more. This diversity creates a rich environment for ideas and opportunities to spark.
Our bright space houses 40 hot desks, 16 dedicated desks, 12 private offices, 8 studios, 1 event space, 2 classrooms, 3 meeting rooms, 2 lounge spaces, 2 woodshops, 1 metal shop, 1 digital fabrication lab, 1 sewing loft and 1 hackerspace.
The meeting point for the Yukon’s entrepreneurial community to work and collaborate. Whether you need a desk or an office, we provide the space you need.
A community workshop incorporating elements of machine shops, workshops, and studios where the maker community comes together to learn, build and make things happen.
Yukonstruct community has access to the Pan-Canadian Social Innovation Passport! Our members can cowork for up to 10 days per year for free in 8 other social impact centers in Canada.

The first Community Innovation Hub north of 60, NorthLight Innovation is a 24,000 sq ft multi-tenant facility located in downtown Whitehorse, in the beautiful Yukon Territory.
NorthLight Innovation brings Yukonstruct members and services together under one roof, along with Hub partners Yukon University and Yukon Development Corporation.
